Victor Fernández

After seven years in charge of 2 and 3-star Michelin restaurants in Spain and abroad, he returned to Vigo to lead Morrofino.

Awarded in his first year with a Bib Gourmand and with a nomination for Gastronomic Forum Chef of the Year.

Since the beginning of 2020, he has been excited to undertake a new project as a gastronomic consultant for NOA Boutique Hotel.

David Cotelo

He has worked as a chef in the best 5 * Grand Luxury hotels, such as Casa Fuster in Barcelona or the Ibiza Gran Hotel.

He finishes his wanderings around the world as corporate chef of a large chain of 8 hotels in Brazil.

After this last stage, he decides to return to Santa Cruz, his native town, to put himself in charge of the stove of Noa Boutique Hotel from its opening.
